General conditions

Conditions of payment and booking

To book is necessary to make an initial payment of 25 % of the full rental fee. The remaining 75 % will be paid 7 days before arriving. This payments can be made cash or by banker's order.

In the case of cancellation, the amount transferred will be returned except a quantity in concept of indemnity, they will be:

• 10% when cancellation is done 30 days or more before arrival
• 50% when cancellation is done between 30 and 7 days before arrival
• 100% when cancellation is done less than 7 days before arrival

Agreement.

It is signed for a fixed period of time.

The renting is made directly between the owner and tenant. As far as both are particulars no VAT is required.

An inventory list will be checked at arrival and departure.

The apartments are clean and fully equipped. Towels are not included. Prices cover cleaning, water and electricity consumption.

The tenant must declare the number of occupants to foresee the need of linen and household goods.

Clients agree to respect internal rules of the community (neighbourhood), the apartment belongs to.

Arrival will be between 17 h. and 20 h. Departure will be before 10 h. In the case of no possibility to comply with this schedule, an alternative meeting must be agreed before.

The tenant undertakes to return the apartment in the same conditions that he received it. He must afford any damage or loss.

The owner is not responsible for any accident that may occur to the occupants during their stay.

It is forbidden any activity different to vacation lodging. In particular: renting to third persons, pets without owner authorization, noisy activities, and bringing any furniture.
