    El Maestrazgo. mountainous region to the north, very wild and natural.

    San Mateo. (30 minutes by car) capital of Maestrazgo. Various monuments.

    Morella (an hour by car). Medieval walled village. 

    Villafamés. (30 minutes by car). A medieval village.

    Segorbe. Capital of Alto Palancia and bishop site. Many ecclesiastic monuments.

    Peñíscola. (30 minutes by car). Papa Luna Castle, historic center, excursions by boat.


    Columbretes Islands. Group of small volcanic islands an hour and a half by boat. It is a Natural Park.

    Sierra de Irta and Xivert Castle. In our district. You can travel there walking, biking, or by horse.

    Vall d’Uxo. (75 minutes by highway) Visit to the caves and subterraneous river in a boat. Valencia. (one hour by highway). See the old town and the Cathedral. The new Museum of Arts and Sciences.

    Port Aventura (75 minutes by highway). Thematic Park of Universal Studios in Salou.

    Ebro estuary. (one hour by highway). Natural Park. Excursions by the river birds observation and nautical activities.

    Valencia, city (one hour by highway). Visit the old town and the new 'City of Arts and Sciences' (including the biggest Aquarium in Europe).
