Who are we, how we work  

We are a group of individuals and owners of tourist houses. We began our activity of renting apartments in 2000.

We are not mere intermediaries, or standard Real State Agency . This is not either a page of announcements of houses.

On the contrary, we provide all kind of services to owners and holiday makers to facilitate a direct quality rent between both.

Our size is deliberately small to control personally any operation and to ensure thus its success.

We took care of everything concerning the rent: advertising, attention to owners and holiday makers, agreements, keys delivery and collection, cleaning, maintenance, etc.

Also we took care of the condition of the apartments, making a preventive maintenance and looking for improvements.

When selling and purchasing we take care of the inspections and to guarantee that both parts have all information that need during the process.

We make compatible these services related to the lodging with others (very different) belonging to the sailing world, and organized by the Local Sailing Club.

Residential lodging, tourism and environment

The great expansion of residential lodging in Spanish Levante is exhausting the ground available, reducing the natural, landscaping and environmental values of the coast.

Fortunately in Alcossebre, at the moment, we are safe from these problems because of the small city development and the taken protective measures.

Nevertheless it is necessary to continue looking for measures of sustainability to avoid problems in the future.

From our position we thought that promoting the rent of the existing lodgings (always with quality and good price) would to a certain extent contribute to reduce the demand of purchase.

This is our small social contribution. We look for a tourism respectful with the environment. We like to work at small range. So that we selected a reduced number of lodgings we can suitably manage. We looked for a very close relationship with holiday makers and owners.
